8 Quick Apply Full-time 1 day ago Full Job Description Oversee the maintenance systems in the plant, with the ability to inspect, diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment.
Key Accountabilities:
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and similar problems on machinery/equipment and perform timely repairs on all equipment Establish appropriate frequency and perform regular preventive maintenance activities on all machinery/equipment in the facility utilizing and maintaining company CMMS system Perform timely facility/building maintenance and minor repairs, and maintain a clean and safe work area Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired equipment Ability to perform preventative maintenance on all equipment Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs Supervise outside contractors when needed for mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives and 5S Leader Maintain and improve Computerized Maintenance Management System Minimum Requirements:
Must have PLC trouble shooting experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial, maintenance environment Formal degree or certificate or demonstrated experience in a technical area or related field required Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Little or no supervisor assistance is required Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 40 lbs Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry Obtain and maintain current certification to operate material handling equipment such as, forklift, side-loader, 4-directional lift, or cherry picker What's in it for you?
