is looking for a hard worker who is efficient and honest, to join their team as a Parts Counter Associate.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Essential Duties:
Assist customers in determining parts needed Identify parts by utilizing electronic, internet-based parts catalog, paper catalogs, and parts manuals Provide price quotes and availability of product for external and internal customers Assist customers via phone, email, and walk-in Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers Pull and pack orders for customer pick up or delivery Assist with inventory and processing of incoming stock Assist service and sales department with identification of parts and quotes Continually grow product and application knowledge of product essential to the heavy-duty vehicle aftermarket
Qualifications:
Must be highly focused on providing an industry-leading customer experience Parts sales experience is helpful Work well with others Outstanding customer service skills Self-motivated, willing to learn and grow with the company Strong communication skills Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, punctual, and safety-minded, with a strong work ethic.
It is also important that you display a positive, helpful demeanor, and a commitment to providing the best customer service.
