This position is responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient and safe atmosphere for everyone that comes through the front lobby while completing general receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming phone calls, and distributing mail.
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for assigned Accounts Payable duties including but not limited to, maintaining the AP email box, preparing and coding invoices and preparing utility bills for payment.
The Front Desk Receptionist reports directly to the Sr.
Executive Assistant.
There are no direct reports to the Front Desk Receptionist.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe Front Desk Receptionist accountable for the following functions:
Greeting and directing visitors and contractors in accordance with security protocol; Promptly answering and handling incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner; Retrieving and distributing incoming mail and packages as well as applying postage to outgoing mail; Maintaining the Accounts Payable email box for Buckeye Broadband, including sending invoices for approval to the appropriate recipient and coding approved invoices with direction from budget managers/approvers.
Preparing approved invoices for entry into Sage X3 by Accounts Payable clerks; preparing worksheet to include system Supplier ID, account code, and invoice approval tracking.
Coding and preparing all Utility bills using the Utilities spreadsheet breakdown by building/hub Opening, maintaining, closing and securing the front lobby and fitness center; Maintaining an accurate front-desk procedure manual (electronic and hard-copy); Assisting the Administrative Receptionist as needed; Following and enforcing the Company's policies and procedures, including the EEO guidelines and safety, at all times; Performing any miscellaneous department duties as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation and Experience High School diploma/GED - required 1

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
