units) located in Northwood, OH.
This is a hands-on position.
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for personally completing move in and move out files, filing evictions, meeting with tenants, etc.
Your General Responsibilities may include:
Maintaining occupancy at a minimum of 95% Tenant Ledgers (posting rents, rent collections, evictions, etc) Tenant relations Supervision of office staff & maintenance Ensure adherence to LIHTC / Company Guidelines Unit inspections Budgets Monthly / quarterly / annual reports Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of related property experience Experience with Yardi is a plus Organized Detail oriented Ability to multi-task Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel & Word Excellent communication skills Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$35,000.
